Experience
I earned my bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of California at Los Angeles after leaving my hometown of La Crescenta, California. Prior to UCLA, I also went to Glendale Community College, which provided me with a lot of information about how the college transfer process. In UCLA, I was a teen counselor at a camp, as well as a Pre-Algebra tutor for students. Learning is one of my biggest passions in life and I want to help others fulfill their love of learning, as well. When I tutor students, I tend to focus on the core of the topics, then expand so that students will fully grasp a particular concept. My favorite subject in school is English because I love to write. Currently, I am studying to gain entrance into law school, along with pursuing tutoring. I can help students with writing essays, college applications, along with English, Biology, Psychology, and other core subjects. I also understand the ins and outs of school transfers. When I have some free time, I enjoy watching television and movies, exercising, and practicing my creative writing. I also like to go to concerts and practice my cooking. I am looking forward to engaging new students to tutor!
